Here is is, my BOM quilt for last year -- this year each of our month we made 4 identical 6-inch blocks that could then be sewn together into a 12-inch block. I chose to keep mine small. I had seen many Splendid Sampler quilts that I liked, including the tutorial for the this shadow-box layout.
Each time my mom sees it she says "Grandma would love that quilt!" She loved the color green. I didn't know that. I love green too! :)
